Biological warfare involves the use of pathogens and other harmful biological substances that have been biologically engineered to be used to kill people. Biological warfare can be subtle as deadly pathogens can be introduced into the food or water supply and even sprayed over a large portion of land with the aid of aircraft. The potency of each biological agent is different, however, the ability for the agent to spread can make it capable of killing exponentially.

Biological warfare can be just as dangerous as other types of conventional warfare, such as chemical or nuclear warfare, taking 500 million lives in the last century alone. Today, biological weapons pose a significant threat due to advances in technology and genetic modification. These new advancements have made it easier to produce deadly agents since new technologies such as CRISPR can alter the agent's genetic sequence, enhancing their deadliness.

At Biological Warfare Survival(BWS) our mission statement is to help civilians prepare themselves in the event of biological warfare. In a world fueled by tension, people should be aware of possible threats which may pose a lethal danger.

BWS aims to educate the general populace on biological warfare by providing up to date survival advice in the event of biological warfare.
